My name is Lydia,

But my friends call me Lyd.

I am a graphic designer/illustrator/artist based in Brooklyn, New York. I grew up in Williston Vermont, and this past Spring I graduated from the University of Vermont, having completed a bachelor of communications and visual design.

I mainly aspire to create artwork that brings people joy, hence the name of my brand; love your designs (a.k.a. LYD). I have discovered a liking using many different mediums in art, however I am most experienced with acrylic paint. My path towards becoming a graphic designer began my freshman year of college, when I discovered the power of the pen tool. Between using Adobe Illustrator and Procreate, I quickly found a love for the world of digital artwork.

My varied interests have given me an open-minded, resourceful and hands-on approach to graphic design.
